the location is convenient, close to many key attractions. the breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection of items and the rooms were very clean upon arrival. i found the rooftop bar enjoyable with the provided heat lamps and blankets, a thoughtful addition.
i found no shower cap and limited bathroom amenities were provided. this was somewhat unexpected given the hotel's rating.

the hotel is centrally located with easy access to the national theatre. the university and parliament buildings are nearby. royal palace and local shopping options are within a short walking distance.

soft bedscrumpled bathrobes
The beds were too soft. It seemed like sinking into a marshmallow! and those bathrobes? they looked like they survived a washing machine wrestling match. the street noise at night was relentless. I swear the garbage truck had a personal vendetta against sleep. also, finding the right wifi code seemed like cracking a da vinci code. there were all those young, inexperienced staff. I think they were still learning the ropes.

The suite, a beautiful king, provided a good respite. i liked the plug sockets that were near the bed. That was SO thoughtful. the coffee machine was also good to have. breakfast felt abundant with its extensive buffet.
Accessing the swimming pool required an additional payment. I found THAT surprising.

the room included a very comfortable bed. breakfast offered many fresh options. the decor presented beautiful design well kept. i found the hotel near to the railway station. it was a pleasant walk of about ten minutes.
i noticed some city employees appearing gruff. this contrasted with the warm atmosphere of the hotel staff.

The location was very central. breakfast offered many choices. the gym featured modern equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the staff were also very attentive to requests.
my room overlooked a side street. i found street noise disruptive during the early morning hours. this impacted my sleep quality. i expected better soundproofing.
